Taproom Release Yep, you read that right! Our latest addition to the Flying Tiger family is a crisp and refreshing hard seltzer with hints of delicious mango flavor. Its light and fluffy effervescence is perfect for relaxing in the summer heat, and its subtle yet distinguishable notes of organic mango blend together for a harmonious and fruitful drinking experience. We are excited to announce that this release has been one of our fan favorites! Everyone has had something positive to say about the Mango Hard Seltzer and loved that our statewide fans are asking us to bring it outside the taproom! There is another batch brewing soon because it’s selling fast, so be sure to follow us on social media for real-time updates. See what more our patrons have to say about the seltzer on our Instagram videos! See you at the taproom soon!
Taproom Announcement After nearly three months of quarantining under Stay At Home orders, the Flying Tiger taproom is back open for business! We have been working hard to prepare the brewery to make sure everyone is practicing social distancing and sanitation. Although we are so excited for you to visit us, there are a few new guidelines we ask all of our patrons and employees to follow. Here's what's new:
All of our employees will be wearing masks and will be washing their hands regularly.
Every surface including counters, machines, doors, chairs, and more will be sanitized multiple times a day with food-safe sanitary products.
We have setup sanitation stations with hand sanitizer and surface wipes for you convenience.
Chairs and tables have been positioned to be ten feet apart.
Beer will be served in 16 oz disposable cups.
We can hold up to 75 guests (25 inside and 50 outside) and will be promoting social distancing.
We are resuming live music acts on weekends (with the dates tentative and TBD).
Our new hours of operation are Wednesday & Thursday 4pm-9pm and Friday & Saturday 12pm-9pm. Our taproom is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Our main priority is to ensure the safety of our guests and staff as well as work in accordance with Louisiana and the CDC health regulations. We encourage you to also take advantage of our online pick-up service we are offering through our store where you can order six/four packs, cases, and kegs to pickup for no extra fees! You can also add merch to your order and we will have it all ready for you to pickup at your earliest convenience or you can have it shipped directly to your house.
As always, thank you for your continuous support during this challenging and unprecedented time. We are so lucky to have loyal fans who stuck with us through during the quarantine and will continue to love our beer as much as we do! We are looking forward to seeing you very soon!
TAPROOM RELEASE You want it? You got it! Finally back in season after popular demand, JUCEE is hitting the shelves the week of April 20th. Reigning as the number one selling beer at Whole Foods in Baton Rouge for CCD last year, JUCEE is predicted to once again quickly climb the ranks as Louisiana's best-selling craft beer. Although you may not be able to drink it at your local watering hole for a while due to the extended Stay At Home orders, JUCEE production and distribution is still in full swing with plans to stock grocery and convenience stores' shelves on time. Although times have been uncertain, we are continuing on our normal flagship and seasonal production and distribution, determined to serve Louisiana in the way that we can: supplying good beer to good people, in hopes of bringing a little joy and a little hops to everyday life. But that's not all! JUCEE isn't the only new release we're looking forward to. Our RND team is using this extra time to develop brand new styles of brews we've never tried before, and we couldn't be more excited for you to try them! That's all we can really say for now, but to stay updated about our new beers remember to follow our social media by clicking here and subscribe to our newsletter here.
SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES On April 2nd, Gov. John Bel Edwards extended Louisiana's Stay At Home order until April 30th in efforts to reduce the spread and infection of the coronavirus. While these efforts are very important and necessary, we are still feeling the impact of having to close our doors. Thankfully, you can still help us keep the taps flowing and support our furloughed employees by taking part in these give-back initiatives : 1. Shop our merch and beer online or in the Taproom! You can either visit our virtual store through our website or stop by our Taproom to order Flying Tiger apparel, novelty items, and more- all tax free. We are now introducing online beer orders as well, where you can buy in advanced to pickup your favorite Flying Tiger brews (including taproom exclusives!) as kegs, cases, 6-packs, and 4-packs. $1 of each beer sale goes directly to our furloughed bartenders. Click here to buy merch and hereto order beer. 2. Send your loved ones (or yourself!) some Flying Tiger gift certificates! Available to be used at any date, these gift certificates can be redeemed in the taproom for beer or merch! You can buy them through our website or in-person during our open hours. They are not able to be used on our online store yet, but we are working on digital gift cards that will be coming very soon. Clickhereto buy a gift certificate.
3. Pickup a pack of Flying Tiger during your next grocery run at your local store! $1 of each beer sale goes directly to our furloughed service staff. Don't know where to buy? Don't worry, we got you covered with our brand new Beer Finder Map. Click here to access our interactive beer locator map. And remember to mark your calendars- we are working hard to soon release not only your seasonal favorites (guess who's back?), but also new brews we've never released before! And with all releases, we will continue to donate a portion of our sales to our furloughed staff. As always, thank you so much for your continuous love and support.
COVID-19 RELIEF EFFORTS Flying Tiger is now selling Bulls in the Streets bandanas that can be used as protective face masks. With the growing need to take increased preventative measures against the coronavirus pandemic, we're pulling out our stock of bandanas to not only offer additional protection for our community, but to also raise money for local hospitals. Hospitals across the nation are facing an unprecedented and overwhelming influx of sick patients, whose doctors and nurses are working tirelessly to care for. That's why we decided to dedicate all bandana proceeds to the St. Francis Foundation. Come and grab one of these Bulls in the Streets bandanas for $10 and support out heroes on the front lines. Available for purchase either at the brewery or through our online store here. For pickup only. While supplies last.
TAPROOM RELEASE Not all beer is created equal. There are times we brew within guidelines and times we don't. When breaking barriers, beer ends up at protocol zero. This beer is not for the faint of heart. It is bold, roasty, heavy notes of bitter chocolate, thick, and slightly boozy with a hint of bitterness. Tons of semi-bitter chocolate and roasted notes are balanced on the palate with the sweetness of Madagascar Vanilla Bean, brown sugar, and cocoa nibs. This is our last winter beer of the season. To be released Saturday March 7th, 2020, while supplies last! 9.2% ABV, available on draft and in 750ml bottles. Limit five bottles per person. Doors open at 1:00pm. Don't be late!
